GOTTA CATCH IT ALL - FREE SCREENCASTING TOOLS

With three other students in the ILT program at the University of Colorado Denver, I presented a webinar on free online screencasting tools focusing on Screencastify. We presented a step-by-step guide for using Screencastify, compared this tool with other similar online tools, and brainstormed with our participants on how to incorporate screencasts into our current work. For our webinar, we developed a Google Slides presentation and handout.

Webinar Goals:

  • Install and use Screencastify to capture a video or simulation

  • Access and share Screencastify recordings

  • Brainstorm/Plan uses of screencasting tools
