DAC7 - Tax Transparency Reports
In this dynamic course, employees dive into interactive modules, mastering the art of navigating and correcting DAC7 tax reporting forms. Through engaging simulations and real-world scenarios, employees not only understand customer queries, but become adept at offering solutions confidently.




Kicking it Off Right: eLearning Project Best Practices - Getting Organized
I created an eLearning module in Adobe Captivate 9 to help beginning Instructional Designers learn how to organize their project folders and materials prior to starting their project design. To accompany this module, I create a high level design plan including an overview of the project analysis, design elements, and assessment strategy.




Responsible Gaming eLearning Class
Online learners in 8 states across the U.S. recognize the risks of gambling addiction, identify the signs of gambling addiction, and learn state-by-state requirements for assisting guests who request help with their gambling addiction.




Alcohol Safety Awareness eLearning Class
Online learners working in the hospitality industry receive training on the risks and behaviors associated with alcohol consumption, how to identify valid IDs for alcohol consumption, and how to safely assist guests who may be legally intoxicated.




M life Functions in Opera and CLEO
Online learners working in the hospitality industry receive training on correclty assisting M life members at participating MGM Resorts properties with joining the rewards program, receving loyalty credits for their on-property activities, and redeeming their rewards.
