Using eLearning to Facilitate Change Management
This study explores how I used eLearning to help facilitate the onboarding of approximately 1,300 employees into a new learning management system from their previous use of a manual testing, scheduling, and tracking methodology.
Embedded Assessment in Online & Blended Learning
This group project website takes a deep-dive into examining the practices, pitfalls, and opportunites to enrich online and blended learning design to create more authentic, rigorous assessment. Resources include original research, case studies and interviews with industry professionals.

The focus of this site is to chart the path of eLearning and how has intersected with, and influenced, educational theory.
The Effectiveness of Using Pre- and Post-Training Self-Assessments with Behavioral-Based eLearning Modules
This inquiry project studied the impact of using pre- and post-training formative self assessments combined with a behavioral-based eLearning module. I hypothesized that the self-assessments would create an increased measurable behavioral change on a group of call center agents, but discovered that the effects were less predictable.
